Do you live with on-going pain?

We have all experienced pain. One person's experience of pain can be significantly different from another's. There are many different types and causes of pain such as acute pain, chronic pain, nerve pain, soft tissue pain, referred pain etc.

Your body is aching and the pain feels unbearable. The last thing you want to hear is, “it’s all in your head.” For people with chronic pain, the discomfort is very real, and they know all too well they feel it in their bodies. I know only too well from being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Sciatica; that sometimes we have to take each day minute by minute, let alone hour by hour!

I understand that NHS Pain Management services are currently under pressure, with long waiting lists making it difficult for people to access timely support. Because of this, I explored alternative ways to help individuals manage their pain more effectively.  Through the Live Well With Pain approach, I’m now able to offer a ten-week, one-to-one programme. These face-to-face sessions are designed to provide personalised information, practical advice, and supportive strategies — all aimed at helping you take control of ongoing pain and improve your overall quality of life.
