You can book a preferred appointment slot over the phone or by texting/emailing me. Please note that messages left on the phone will be dealt with as soon as possible, the appointment will then be confirmed. Solely Holistic runs on an appointment-based system and these go on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

PAYMENTS
I accept cash and all major credit cards, I do not accept cheques.​

CANCELLATIONS
Please understand that I run on an appointment basis.  I do appreciate that things crop up, so if you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment you will be notified and a record will be kept on your client file.

CLIENT CONSULTATION FORMS

All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before I can perform reflexology on you. Failure to do so will result in me refusing your treatment. Please advise me of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let me know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. I also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Consultation form every 6 months so that we can update the records.

CLIENT CONTACT FORM
The sole purpose of the client contact form is to collect your email address to use for booking purposes, booking reminders and client contact information. We do not sell or forward information, and any information is kept strictly confidential, in line with GDPR. By completing the client contact form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and have agreed to allow us to store your information securely, and also allowing Solely Holistic to contact you in regards to information and bookings.

PRODUCTS USED

​For 'Classic Reflexology I use Unscented Reflexology Wax by Songbird Wax.

In regard to your 'Aroma-Reflexology treatment I have a choice of waxes which I use,: they are​'Pick Me Up' - Tea Tree and Mint reflexology wax - a blend of spearmint, peppermint and tea tree essential oils for tired feet with properties which are cooling, cleansing and stimulating with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties (unsuitable for those with high blood pressure).

'Calm Me' Lavender reflexology wax - is astringent and antiseptic made from lavender in Haut D'Alps and will relax your tired feet!

'Uplift Me' - Zest reflexology wax - a blend of mandarin and lime essential oils developed for the Iris Cancer partnership, and will bring a "zing to your step".

'Balance Me' - Balance reflexology wax - a blend of frankincense, bergamot, lavender and geranium essential oils which will help to balance the hormones, is good for dry skin and will calm and relax your mind and body.​​

 

There are no nasties in Songbird Reflexology Waxes. They are 100% natural so NO parabens, NO sulphates, NO phthalates, NO mineral or palm oil, NO perfumes and NO SLS/SLE's. They are all cruelty free and all the packaging is 100% recyclable.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or parental consent will be required. I reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

CLEANLINESS

In keeping with my commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, my equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment. All towels and linen are changed for each client and washed at 60 degrees.

SYMPTOMS OF COVID -19 

I have been trained in Covid-19 Prevention and Control and Control of Cross Infection. Please rest assured, I am doing everything to keep you safe.  I carry out lateral flow tests regularly and I have had four vaccinations.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 which include high fever, continuous cough, loss of sense of smell and taste, please reschedule your appointment.

THERAPIST ILLNESS
Unfortunately, I might have to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency.  I will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. I will notify you as soon as I can, if I need to cancel your appointment.
