BOOKING POLICY

Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the terms and conditions of this policy.

​​Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When clients cancel late or don't show, it prevents others from receiving care and affects my small business. To be fair to all clients, the following policy applies:
DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of the booking if your treatment is over £30. A £5 deposit will be required if your treatment is under £30. 

  • The deposit will be applied towards your treatment cost. 

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please provide at least 8 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours will result in the deposit being retained and you will be charged for 50% of your treatment cost.

RESCHEDULING

  • Appointments can be rescheduled anytime before the 8 hour cancellation notice.

NO-SHOWS

  • If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

LATE ARRIVAL

  • I give a grace period of 10-15 minutes if you arrive within this time frame for your appointment, I can carry out your treatment without any time restraints.

  • If you are more than 15-30 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.  The full treatment cost will still apply. 

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, I won't be able to accommodate you and you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost.

EMERGENCIES
Genuine emergencies happen and I will always approach these with understanding.  However, consistency is important for fairness to all clients.
 

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS VIA PHONE, ONLINE OR TEXT/EMAIL

You can book a preferred appointment slot online, over the phone or by texting/emailing me. Please note that messages left on the phone will be dealt with as soon as possible, the appointment will then be confirmed. Solely Holistic runs on an appointment-based system and these go on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

 

PAYMENTS

I accept cash and all major credit cards, I do not accept cheques.

Whilst I endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, I do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do I commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.  I do not claim to cure or treat medical illnesses, injuries or conditions.
Prices may change according to inflation.

 

CLIENT CONSULTATION FORMS

All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before I can perform any treatment on you. Failure to do so will result in me refusing your treatment. Please advise me of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let me know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. I also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Consultation form every 6 months so that we can update the records.

CLIENT CONTACT/CONSENT FORM
The sole purpose of the client contact form is to collect your email address to use for booking purposes, booking reminders and client contact information. We do not sell or forward information, and any information is kept strictly confidential, in line with GDPR. By completing the client contact form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and have agreed to allow us to store your information securely, and also allowing Solely Holistic to contact you in regards to information and bookings.

NOISE AND MOBILE PHONES
Please keep your mobile phones on silent or turned off.  â€‹

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or parental consent will be required. I reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

CLEANLINESS

In keeping with my commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, my equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment. All towels and linen are changed for each client and washed at 60 degrees.

SYMPTOMS OF COVID -19 

I have been trained in Covid-19 Prevention and Control and Control of Cross Infection. Please rest assured, I am doing everything to keep you safe.  I carry out lateral flow tests regularly and I have had four vaccinations.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 which include high fever, continuous cough, loss of sense of smell and taste, please reschedule your appointment.


THERAPIST ILLNESS
Unfortunately, I might have to cancel your appointment due to illness or emergency.  I will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. I will notify you as soon as I can, if I need to cancel your appointment.
