Foot Care

Healthy feet are the foundation of overall well-being.  Whether you're on your feet all day, exploring the outdoors, or simply going about daily life, taking care of your feet helps prevent discomfort and long term issues.  Proper foot care includes keeping skin clean and moisturised, trimming nails safely and wearing supportive footwear that suits your lifestyle. 

 

Regular care can reduce common problems such as dry skin, calluses, cracked heels and ingrown nails. It also supports circulation and helps spot early signs of conditions like fungal infections or joint pain. For those with specific needs, such as diabetics or individuals with mobility challenges, consistent foot care is especially important. 

Looking after your feet isn't just about comfort - it's about maintaining mobility, independence and confidence.  Treat your feet well and they'll support you every step of the way.

These treatments and reflexology I offer at a client's home. To ensure mobile sessions remain sustainable and accessible, the first 3 miles from NR28 are included. A small travel fee applies beyond this distance. Please see below:

3 - 5 miles = £3

5 - 7 miles = £6

7 - 10 miles = £9
