SOLE COMFORT FOOT MASSAGE
If your feet are aching after a long day, a foot massage can give you much-needed relief. Using gentle to moderate pressure, this massage targets key pressure points and muscle groups in the feet to relieve stress, reduce fatigue, and restore balance throughout the body. Perfect after a long day or simply as a moment of self-care, this treatment will leave your feet feeling refreshed, light, and deeply relaxed.
You will be asked to remove your socks and shoes and then relax on the massage table. Your feet will be cleansed with hot mitts and dried with warm towels. I will then massage your feet with Margaret Dabbs Intensive Hydrating Foot Lotion. A light, silky, non greasy foot lotion scented with lemon myrtle to nourish and hydrate your feet, leaving you feeling like you're walking on air.

A foot massage will relax the feet and lower limb muscles which will encourage blood circulation, help to enhance joint mobility in the lower limbs and reduce pain. Reduces stiffness in the feet, ankles and knees aiding flexibility and mobility. It can stimulate lymphatic drainage and can help reduce the effects of oedema – swelling in the feet and ankles due to fluid retention. Massage can help lower cortisol levels (your bodies stress hormone) aiding relaxation and relieving tension.
