Service Description

Sink into a deeply relaxing holistic facial & foot massage designed to calm the skin, quiet the mind and restore a sense of balance. Using the beautifully gentle Eve Taylor Soothing facial range, this treatment is ideal for sensitive, stressed or reactive skin. Your treatment begins with a gentle cleanse using warm mitts and a calming toner to refresh and rebalance the skin. A soothing serum is then applied, followed by slow, flowing facial techniques designed to soften tension, reduce puffiness and encourage a natural healthy glow. Finishing with a nurturing moisturiser, your skin is left hydrated and beautifully cared for, while you feel calm, grounded, and restored. Your treatment continues with the Sole Comfort Foot massage, where tired feet and lower legs are treated to warm towels and a relaxing massage using a nourishing balm to soften skin and restore comfort to overworked feet. This 60-minute session at £40 is perfect for stress, tired feet and legs, busy minds, sensitive skin or anyone needing a restorative moment of calm.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When clients cancel late or don't show, it prevents others from receiving care and affects my small business. To be fair to all clients, the following policy applies: Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of the booking if your treatment is over £30. A £5 deposit will be required if your treatment is under £30. - The deposit will be applied towards your treatment cost. - Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least 8 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. - Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours will result in the deposit being retained. - Appointments can be rescheduled anytime before the 8 hour cancellation notice. No-Shows - If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Late Arrivals - I give a grace period of 10-15 minutes if you arrive within this time frame for your appointment. - If you are more than 15-30 minutes late, I won't be able to accommodate you and you will be charged for 50% of your treatment cost. Emergencies Genuine emergencies happen and I will always approach these with understanding. However, consistency is important for fairness to all clients.
