​I will conduct a consultation so I understand your needs and to see if you are suitable for this treatment. I will then step outside the room whilst you remove your legwear and get onto the couch face down at first. I will then re-enter the room and ask if you are comfortable. I first use hot towels on your legs so your muscles start to relax. You will be covered at all times and only the leg/foot that I am working on will be uncovered.

I will gently massage the backs of your legs and feet.  I will then ask you to turn on your back whilst I hold the sheets to maintain your dignity. A pillow is placed under your head for your comfort and then I will massage the front of your legs and feet.

My heated massage table and hot towels will start to quickly alleviate the discomfort in your leg and feet muscles. I use Fushi "muscle and joint" oil to gently massage any tension away.  This oil has Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense blended into Sesame Oil, Sweet Almond Oil and Jojoba Oil to support joint health, improve movement and circulation. Ashwagandha herbs to support fatigued joints and Ginger which can help reduce pain and swelling in the legs. This Ayurvedic Mahanarayan blend is a potent herbal oil blend with a healing combination of 23 nutrient-rich herbs.

 

If you get muscle cramps or have restless legs, I will then use the 'Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter' which contains pure lavender essential oil and 360mg of magnesium (a grape-sized amount) provides your body's need to feel the benefits. It also promotes restful sleep, reduces anxiety and calms restless legs.
