Service Description

Before your treatment, I will complete a consultation. I will ask about your health history and any specific concerns you may have. This helps me tailor the treatment to your needs. You will be asked to remove your shoes and socks and roll up trousers to just under the knee. You will need to test the water to see if the temperature of the foot spa is to your liking. The premium foot spa will have epsom salts to soothe tired feet along with bubbles and infrared lights to relieve inflammation. Heated towels will be used to dry your feet ready for your treatment. You will then be asked to get comfortable on the heated massage table. A pillow will be given for your head and the bed can be raised or lowered to suit your preference. I also have blankets if you feel the cold. During the treatment, I will use my thumbs, fingers and hands to apply gentle to medium pressure to different reflex points on your feet. A reflexology treatment is a relaxing and non-invasive therapy so you should not feel any pain. You might feel sensations such as tingling or warmth in other parts of your body as I work on specific points. Afterwards, I use hot mitts to wipe your feet so that the wax doesn't go on your shoes or clothing and heated towels to dry your feet. I then finish my using soothing foot cream.


Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When clients cancel late or don't show, it prevents others from receiving care and affects my small business. To be fair to all clients, the following policy applies: Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of the booking if your treatment is over £30. A £5 deposit will be required if your treatment is under £30. - The deposit will be applied towards your treatment cost. - Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least 8 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. - Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours will result in the deposit being retained. - Appointments can be rescheduled anytime before the 8 hour cancellation notice. No-Shows - If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Late Arrivals - I give a grace period of 10-15 minutes if you arrive within this time frame for your appointment. - If you are more than 15-30 minutes late, I won't be able to accommodate you and you will be charged for 50% of your treatment cost. Emergencies Genuine emergencies happen and I will always approach these with understanding. However, consistency is important for fairness to all clients.
