Service Description

Solely Holistic Head & Sole Reset is a gentle, nurturing treatment combining foot care and a soothing scalp massage to help you unwind, reset, and feel more like yourself again. Your treatment is personalised with your choice of aromatic blend… Lavender – calming and deeply relaxing, perfect for easing tension and supporting rest Jasmine – softly uplifting and comforting, helping to promote a sense of emotional balance Green Tea – fresh and revitalising, leaving you feeling cleansed and gently refreshed Aloe Vera – cooling and soothing, ideal for calming and hydrating tired feet Your treatment begins with a warm aromatic foot soak followed by a gentle exfoliation to smooth and refresh the skin. A nourishing foot mask is then applied to hydrate and restore, whilst you enjoy a deeply relaxing scalp massage to calm the mind and release tension. ​The treatment is completed with a soothing foot and lower leg massage, leaving your feet refreshed and your whole body feeling more at ease.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When clients cancel late or don't show, it prevents others from receiving care and affects my small business. To be fair to all clients, the following policy applies: Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of the booking if your treatment is over £30. A £5 deposit will be required if your treatment is under £30. - The deposit will be applied towards your treatment cost. - Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least 8 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. - Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours will result in the deposit being retained. - Appointments can be rescheduled anytime before the 8 hour cancellation notice. No-Shows - If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Late Arrivals - I give a grace period of 10-15 minutes if you arrive within this time frame for your appointment. - If you are more than 15-30 minutes late, I won't be able to accommodate you and you will be charged for 50% of your treatment cost. Emergencies Genuine emergencies happen and I will always approach these with understanding. However, consistency is important for fairness to all clients.
