Service Description

The Nurture reset offers a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. This session weaves together gentle breathwork, a grounding body scan, and calming visualisation to support both body and mind. You’ll be invited to settle comfortably and bring awareness to your breath, allowing it to find a natural, steady rhythm. From there, a body scan helps you notice what is happening within, moving through different areas at a pace that feels manageable. There is nothing to change or fix — simply space to acknowledge what is present. The visualisation element encourages you to focus on a place that feels safe and reassuring, engaging your senses to help your nervous system soften and settle. Throughout the session, you remain in control of what you share and how deeply you engage. This is a gentle, supportive experience designed to help you feel grounded, emotionally steadied, and quietly supported.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When clients cancel late or don't show, it prevents others from receiving care and affects my small business. To be fair to all clients, the following policy applies: Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of the booking if your treatment is over £30. A £5 deposit will be required if your treatment is under £30. - The deposit will be applied towards your treatment cost. - Deposits cannot be transferred to another person. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Please provide at least 8 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. - Appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours will result in the deposit being retained. - Appointments can be rescheduled anytime before the 8 hour cancellation notice. No-Shows - If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Late Arrivals - I give a grace period of 10-15 minutes if you arrive within this time frame for your appointment. - If you are more than 15-30 minutes late, I won't be able to accommodate you and you will be charged for 50% of your treatment cost. Emergencies Genuine emergencies happen and I will always approach these with understanding. However, consistency is important for fairness to all clients.
